Area55 Futuro LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on our Squarespace website and Lodgify booking pages. This notice explains the technologies involved and the choices available to you.

What cookies do

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Booking and security technologies support the reservation process, remember choices and help operate the website. Other technologies measure how visitors use our pages.

Website measurement

We use Google Analytics and website-platform measurement to understand referral sources, page visits and the direct-booking journey. Measurement may include browser and device information, approximate location, identifiers and eligible booking events and values. Google Analytics cookies include _ga and _ga_YZN8FJY4SZ. They can persist between visits; their expiry depends on the browser and configuration. Our September 2026 checkout test showed an expiry approximately 400 days after creation.

Google explains its processing in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. Cookie expiry is separate from Analytics record retention.

Booking and other providers

Lodgify uses session and other browser storage for checkout operation and preferences. Payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal when used, may use technologies for payment processing and security. Maps and other embedded content can connect to their providers when loaded. The technologies present depend on the page and features you use.

Your choices

Use the cookie controls offered on the website to review, accept or reject optional cookie categories. Choices on our main website may not automatically carry to a separate booking domain. You can also review or remove stored cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies needed for checkout may affect booking functionality.

Some measurement technologies can send requests without storing Analytics cookies. Rejecting optional cookies should not be understood as preventing every connection to a service provider.
